Introducing Kate, partner of Evergreen Bakery. Kate happens to be the youngest sister to Jim and is the creator of our hand made croissants. Kate and Jim have put their hearts and souls into making the bakery the success (we think, anyways!) it is! You may see Kate stopping in Heartwood Coffee to drop off pastry and croissants or at Evergreen, our retail location in downtown Chagrin.

Partner & Founder

The man, the myth, and the sourdough creator for Evergreen Bakery (oh, and a partner as well!) Jim has put countless hours into making our country sourdough the beauty it is today. This business could not be possible without his expertise in, well…just about everything! We all admire Jim for his humble soul, intense work ethic, and his drive to make his thoughts and goals into a true reality. If you see Jim at Heartwood Coffee or at Evergreen, give him a huge high five and tell him how great he is!

Kitchen Manager

Chloe Martin is our kitchen manager and has been with us from the very beginning. She’s enjoyed watching the business grow over the past few years and can’t wait to see even more pastry head out of the kitchen and into customers' hands. In her free time, Chloe can be found coaching soccer, spending time with family, or playing with her dog, Winks.

Storefront Manager

Tiffany is owner of Harvest Bell Farm, but loves her time at Evergreen Bakery. Tiffany has known the Evergreen group since the early days when they all attended Geauga Fresh Farmer’s Market together & the bakery was just a dream! Evergreen gives her the opportunity to get off the farm and enjoy all the amazing Evergreen customers as they flood the bakery throughout the week. As a small, female, family business owner it’s great to work with another local business!
